* 15 Single bedrooms with en-suite facilities
* 5 single bedrooms without facilities.

All rooms are individual and you are welcome to bring as many personal effects and furniture as you please.  Alternatively we can offer rooms ready to move into.

There are also:

3 Assisted Bathrooms & 4 further Toilets

Communally , there are various areas around the Home to allow Residents with differing social needs to enjoy the environment they prefer.

To the rear we are currently developing a garden room, 4 further bedrooms and two safe and tranquil enclosed garden spaces readily accessible by the Residents 24 hours a day should they wish.  These include raised flower beds and seating appropriate to those with limited mobility.  We actively encourage Residents to help us maintain the garden areas.

All Staff and Management receive regular training and updates to ensure that we fulfill the aims of the Home and meet the changing needs of the Residents.

We are supported in our Training programme by the Lincolnshire Independent & Voluntary Sector Training Project and Pat Clarke Total Training.

There are 3 Care Staff on duty between 8am and 10pm as well as Management and auxiliary staffing teams.

Overnight Ashtree House has two waking Care Staff on duty at all times.

A Manager is on-call 24 hours a day to offer support and back up to the care team.

We are regularly inspected by the Care Quality Commission and soon to be inspected by Lincolnshire County Council's proposed Quality Assessment Framework also.
